And with much further effort and maths-figuring, and some experimenting, the rest of the problem is now fixed in: As noted on https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=97925, as soon as I've put together a demo of all the quite neat stats-plotting stuff (doing statistical analysis is really aided by looking at plots), a new version will go up on CPAN.
