Had you read what you're replying to, I did not say this. All of the criticisms in this thread are valid, especially Re^3: New Perl framework Creazilla on Perl.

It is specifically your fault. PMD is for discussions about perlmonks related issues. A guide to where to post things and how to do it properly is displayed each time you start a post.

There is no licence in the distribution, among other missing parts.

You haven't checked the thing you're here to advertise before doing so.
