I was of the opinion that the "mark of the beast" is the smartcard, nowadays used for communication (SIM card), trade (bank card), and health (e.g. systems like french "carte vitale" or german "Krankenversicherungskarte"). Your remarks make me reconsider. Now I think that AI is going to be the mark of the beast.

Update: or AI is the "image of the beast" as in Revelation 13:15
