I think the OP wants to have an easy way to direct his attention to the question that would best help him. That is, questions that are at his level of knowledge, with the excitement of answering a fresh question and satisfaction of giving the answer to someone who needs it. That's what SoPW is about.

However, as some questions are too easy for him, and some too hard, he would like to see that categorized to make it easier on him. It's not a bad idea, and wouldn't cost much server-wise, or even be intrusive if implemented as tags, but it may keep the experts away from the easy questions where they can get practice and give beginners expert advice. Further, the qualifications of tagging might vary from person to person. Especially with the low volume PM gets, i don't think the benefit is worth the cost and confusion.
