Many of the nodes are internal in some sense or are only available to certain groups within the Monastery. This is especially true for low numbered nodes which sprang into existence with the creation of the site.

Somewhere in the catacombs there is a node (probably several in fact) that discusses the lowest numbered nodes, but I'm too lazy to go looking for it. However, if you carry on with your suggestion you will find it eventually.
