See Perl Code Colorizer for a similar tool. There. damian1301 brings up Syntax::Highlight::Perl, by bbfu, and bikeNomad mentions PerlTidy -- both of which accomplish the same as the tool mentioned, but with a little more sophistication.

I'd urge people to go play with bbfu's toy!
