Which weighs more, a pound of feathers or a pound of gold?

• Gold. Nothing's heavier!
• Feathers, this is obviously a trick question.
• Gold, the (top) feathers aren't heavy enough to register.
• Feathers: 1lb Feathers = 16oz avoirdupois, 1lb gold = 12oz troy
• They weigh the same. A pound is a pound.
