It seems to me from the events and posts of the past week that perhaps there is a call for a 'Community' section for the PerlMonks to exchange more personal OT type thoughts. Now perhaps this is what Meditations or Discussion is intended for, but to me and I think many other posters its not so clear, as these seem to be intended for thoughts about perl or computing, and about the site itself respectively. A community section would provide an ideal venue for many of the non-perl/non computing posts and I think would be a popular place to visit....

Anyway, it seems like a good idea to me. :-)
