the second file will have this
imb,version ,655575645,827544086
imb,versionb ,827549192,827573702
the ranges in the sond file is generated from the first file which is located in position 11 for 9 char
I am so new for perl I need help creating a code that will open the first file and chop off the numbers in position 11 for 9 char then compare these numbers to the range in the second file, then print the original number before being chopped off and print the second part of the file 2 "version OR versionb"
Thank you guys
