I can't find a similar option in Firefox; but I only use that as a last resort anyway.

Its an open bug since 2000 57342 – Add "View as Text/HTML/..." option for unknown mime content-type

Workaround is install https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/view-as-text/reviews/?src=api then use right click context menu
