'The purpose of SOPW isn't to complain about some people on other websites not helping you' OK. But the person didn't just do that, did they? No. They also asked a question, gave plenty of context and many others had no problem providing candidate solutions.

But they lead with it and this is a problem

Also, we don't get to see the deleted answer that really wasn't a solution, so there is nothing to learn except on SO they're SOs
