Look into SQL placeholders. You want to be doing something like:

make_SQL_Statement_with_placeholders()
read_conf_file_Using_File::Slurp::Tiny()

foreach (table_you_got_from_the_file) {
do_SQL_statement_with_the_hash_data()
}
# Don't forget to use strict and warnings, and check all your return v
+alues!
