At Efficito we don't advertise it but we do specialized hosting. You can get a full vm and we can work with you to have what you need on it. (Most of our general hosting is for Lisp sites but we can do Perl too). But I would also suggest Hub.org. They offer good plans and also tend to be pretty flexible. I used to recommend a lot of people to Hub and they are good. Bug figure it is worth noting what we can do as well.
