Anonymonk may have been pointing you to some advice on asking questions: On asking for help, How do I post a question effectively?, I know what I mean. Why don't you? and Writeup Formatting Tips.
In brief: show code, show errors and/or warnings (verbatim!), tell us (narrative) how your best effort failed to satisfy your hopes or expectations (and if output format is an issue, show us resultant and desired formats). Finally (ww addition) don't try to tell us that you've "i tried all possible changes but no success..." when you're asking us to make additional changes so you "use this script to send...." At minimum, your claim is unlikely to be true; at worst, it's offensive... and requires us to use our broken crystal balls to find a starting point to help you learn.
