Do you experts have a solution for the problem?

Did you try doing this Re^2: Tk multiple monitor problem?

It is kind of a bug that one of you guys with multiple monitors ought to fix :)

the solution mentioned by Khen1950fx didn't work.

ignore that one, he doesn't understand the questions he responds to with copy/paste code he doesn't understand
