It works for me on RHEL 6.3 (32-bit) running perl v5.10.1, and with the command you are using: "perl japh".
Make sure you get all the lines, including the 3 at the bottom of the program (they are vital to the decoding of the obfuscation).
If you'd like send me a message and maybe we can figure out why it's not working.Update: problem solved -- the Tk module was not installed.
