Net::SSH has been succeeded by Net::SSH2

I checked Activestate's PPM archive for Net::SSH2, but it is listed as "build failed" on MS Windows. I don't know why this would be the case as Strawberry Perl includes a working build of Net::SSH2

A user on Stackoverflow mentions a 3rd party PPM package for Net::SSH2 http://stackoverflow.com/questions/32454561/net-ssh2-for-perl-5-20-2-on-windows-2008-r2

There may be others, too.
