Indeed you're code was very very interersting, but i needed to create that hash table containing the oligos! However i finally came up on how to calculate the right positions of oligos on the negative strand thanks to your program (and looking up on how they were evalueted on the UCSC browser BLAT). Thank you for your kind help!
