Regarding that particular warning, CGI::Ajax could use an update for the latest version of CGI

You need more info, use 

  $pjx->DEBUG(1); # turn debugging on, check your web server logs
  $pjx->JSDEBUG(2); # turn javascript debugging on, no javascript comp
