Hi , Were you able to solve that error? I am facing the same error and stuck at it since few weeks. My environment is Active state perl version 5.20 for Windows 32 bit and DBI 1.63. Informix Client SDK installed is also 32 bit. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
