Apologies for very long post, I tried using readmore, but it seemed to truncate it.

The posting limit seems to be 64KB (see What is PerlMonks post size limit? ), try using a pastebin, or maybe just copy/paste the most critical depends.exe output, the last error message and 50 lines around (before/after)
