Please find the code and the output ...
#!c:\perl\bin;
use strict;
use LWP::UserAgent;
use CAIDA::NetGeoClient;
my $netgeo = new CAIDA::NetGeoClient();
my $ua = new LWP::UserAgent;
$ua->proxy(http => 'http://139.85.249.14:80');
my $req = new HTTP::Request('GET' , $netgeo->getCountry('202.54.12.30'
+));
my $result = $ua->request($req);
if ($result->is_success) {
print $result->content;
}
else {
print $result->error_as_HTML;
}
and the output is
<HTML>
<HEAD><TITLE>An Error Occurred</TITLE></HEAD>
<BODY>
<H1>An Error Occurred</h1>
400 URL missing
</BODY>
</HTML>
