I did get a chuckle from the irony in the timing of this glitch. I'm a US citizen, and within a week of our presidential election I'm told "I don't get to vote?"

*Discouraged sigh... Yeah, it has felt like that every time I've lived in a non swing state and I happen to be voting for the candidate of the political party the state never goes to (save for long term incumbents). Of the three different states I've lived and voted in I've yet to be "pleasantly surprised" when I've done so.
