I have a question, how to create array as follows:

input file

1 2 hello aerf
1 2 hello aerf
1 2 hello aerf
1 2 hello aerf
1 2 hello aerf
1 2 hello aerf

$VAR1 = [
          ['1,2,\'hello\',\'aerf\''],
          ['1,2,\'hello\',\'aerf\''],
          ['1,2,\'hello\',\'aerf\''],
          ['1,2,\'hello\',\'aerf\''],
          ['1,2,\'hello\',\'aerf\''],
          ['1,2,\'hello\',\'aerf\'']
        ];
[download]

Really appreciate any help.
