Hi!

Im looking for a Perl based system to manage users access to some web pages.
There are some things the program must be able to do:

Expire a user after x time.
Online registration.
Online admin interface.

The service will be free of charge so credit card processing isn't a must.

So far I have only found PHP based systems...
Is there an Perl based open-source alternative out there?

(And no, it will not be used for pr0n)
