Please feel free to start a new thread about this, with the verbose output of cpanm (cpanm -vv pp). I suspect some tests may be failing due a problem within File::Temp on Windows, and the removal of exes created during the testing process from a temporary directory. If this is the case you can install knowing these tests are not related to the functionality of pp. References: Fall back to CSIDL_LOCAL_APPDATA under taint on Windows, Bug #60340 for File-Temp: Fails under -T, Windows 7, Strawberry Perl 5.12.1.
