There are already good responses with creating the dirs, but on Unix system you can do the following: 
`mkdir -p VEHICLES/{CARS,BIKES}`

[download]
which yields: 
$ tree VEHICLES/
VEHICLES/
|-- BIKES
|-- CARS

2 directories, 0 files
