I am new to perl.I have one binary file

Now i want to print This file like

xxxxxx is to differntiate in lines of output file

i am not sure about this how can i do this. i have a thought like script will count from 1 to 13 and it will check from 1 and when it will change to 2 then it will print but i dont know how to do that.

1 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0

please suggest something .
