Wrong person. If you are going to use a tool at least read the documentation. For example, the --NO_BIOPERL and --NO_UPDATE options. The script does not seem to check for an existing BioPerl installation. It seems to try to pull other things down from github, which won't work if you're off line. Consider just manually installing this.
