Hello monks, I was seeking for your help. What I am trying to do is, read a PubMed abstract from Perl Program. From the abstract I need to list out the proteins. For that I have listed out the words/phrases that immediately follows the protein name and I need to list the proteins followed by those words. In order to do so, I have an idea to forward trace the text, but have no idea about the functions that can be used. Any helps are appreciated.
