As we do not have any sample input of data or sample of output of data, we can only provide you possible questions of other people have tried.

So having said that maybe this could help How to combine multiple files together or maybe this merging csv files into a third file preserving column & row.

One last thing to add here, a nice module Text::CSV::Merge.
