A couple of replies makes me want to say, I had exactly the same idea eyepopslikeamosquito had and days earlier. I even went to look if there were any nodes I could upvote, assuming I found them even *remotely* worthy. But they belong where they are. That said–
Votes are for the user to decide what votes mean. I can appreciate boosterism for the integrity of voting on values but I more appreciate that the monastery doesn’t force behavior. My votes, my choice of use. Might definitely mean a personal failing now and then, yes, but it is part of why I am here most days instead of the socially over-engineered StackOverflow.
