Hi,

What happens if you try Ctrl+Shift+R (or Ctrl+F5)?

It currently does not happen for me on that page, but I have experienced CSS not loading from time to time ... and on other websites half loaded images... a Ctrl+Shift+R (or Ctrl+F5) usually fixes that issue.
