I need the code created

Since you are new here you have probably not yet bothered to read the PerlMonks FAQ which is a real shame because in there you will find such priceless gems as Is PM a good place to get answers for homework? and How do I compose an effective node title? If you go and read those now you might see some indications of where you have been going wrong.
