.... using Inline::C but I had no success to not even install it on my strawberry perl
On my own Windows builds of perl, I often find that Inline::C's t/27inline_maker.t test script fails some tests.
I haven't bothered investigating and, since it's not a failure that interferes with anything that I want to do, I just force install it (
cpan -fi Inline::C).
Specifically, I get a test report that shows:
Test Summary Report
-------------------
t/27inline_maker.t (Wstat: 1024 Tests: 8 Failed: 4)
Failed tests: 2-3, 6-7
Non-zero exit status: 4
However, all tests usually pass when I install Inline::C on Strawberry Perl. What's the problem that you're seeing there ?
Cheers,
Rob
