I saw this command

Perl> open PIPE, '-|', '"\Program Files\7-Zip\7z.exe" e -so e:\UnxUtil
+sSrc.zip 2>&1 1>nul' or die $@;;

which can extract zip file.

But I still do not know what is the syntax for compress folder. I move all the files into a folder then compress it.
