By your own admission you didn't read the documentation. Sometimes the answer to the question is as straight forward as telling the person that they have to do something outlined in the documentation, which I linked to. Nobody claims the answer to "every problem is RTFM". Here I suggest you take the time to read the documentation in question, and learn the basics of the tools you're trying to use.

Update: Which reminds me you'd already had all this pointed out to you the last time you asked.
