Hi, have you searched the CPAN ?

Pay attention to the ratings, test results, latest updates, open issues/bug reports, downriver dependencies, author's other packages, and documentation, when choosing between multiple distributions providing apparently the same features.

If the documentation does not have simple examples to get you going (ideally you should be able to copy and paste the synopsis and run it), look in the t/ directory of the distro and examine the test files for what are usually simple examples of usage.
