Dear monks

I have a Perl/Tk application I pack in an exe file for easy distribution on Windows. I want to do the same on macOS (HighSierra). On Windows it is pretty easy: I've been succeeded without major problems with PerlApp/ActiveState and Strawberryperl/pp/perl2exe.

Now on macOS: I've been reading for the last 7 days, many articles, many approaches...but it is very old stuff. Here is the question: there is somebody out there that has been able to package a Perl/Tk app for deployment on modern macOS? If yes, which tool? At the moment I am quite confused as it seems something nobody really does (!)

Any suggestion is very much appreciated
