Yes... Very sad situation. The new manager/owner, by all accounts, has been a disaster for the company, doing basically everything wrong that is possible to do wrong; losing money and destroying the brand's solid gold reputation. I'm fixed up though. I bought my Gibson LP (different model/shape but also black) in 2000.
