Well, thanks to all of the very generous people who contributed to the fundraiser, thank you, we've reached the initial goal!!!

Three days left, so I doubt will hit the next target, but I'm impressed by and appreciative of all of my fellow Perl hackers who had the heart (and financial resources) to help us along.
