Instead of using force, why don't you fix the actual test and send a patch?

Because I'm not STEVEB presiding over 44 awesome CPAN distributions? I don't even have mswin32 around to test on (just one isolated XP VM to control some industrial cams ;). I'm still a CPAN consumer so it's up to people who know what they're doing such as yourself to fix the modules for us! ☺
