Hi,

The absence of a Strawberry Perl release of version 5.28.0 has me puzzled.

Both perl-5.24.4 and perl-5.26.2 were released on April 14, with Strawberry Perl releases of those versions made the next day.
And when perl-5.26.0 was released on May 31, 2017 Strawberry Perl 5.26.0 was released the same day.
Yet, whilst perl-5.28.0 was released on June 23, there is still no sign of Strawberry Perl 5.28.0 a fortnight later.

Does anyone here have any knowledge wrt the delay ?
