I'm rather sure I would disagree with your claim. It is illogical and demonstrably false. I will, in point of fact, disprove it by multiple examples.

What is the shortest word in the English language to contain the letters z and x? Which is the shortest to include q and z? Which is the shortest to include b and c? To include r and w? y and p? d and m?
