Which exact perlapp command did you issue to build you binary .exe file?

I've never used perlapp, so I'm recycling my answer from 2014 ( Re: Problems with Date::Manip with ActiveState Perl/PDK ( --add Date::Manip::* ) )

perlapp --add DateTime::** ... foo.pl
