After growing tired with with the monochromatic WinEmacs I started looking for some other editors; it seems vim is popular and functional. However, after many years I'm still not sure I really want to learn vi ;-). There are a couple of alternatives I'd like to explore. First, is there a package to support syntax coloring in winemacs? Second, does anyone know of an extension to Visual Studio </me hopes asbestos suit isn't needed here like on /.> to allow it to support perl?
