Even Professional Editions can be a bit restrictive.
What restrictions beyond the obvious were you talking about? The only limits that I know of are the obvious ones, you can only include with your products those items refered to as 'redistributables'. Beyond that, the .exe you create is yours to do with as you will. Note that I'm speaking from the perspective of the Professional Edition.
