Thank you bliako, and apologies for my delayed response. Was forced to travel due to hurricane Florence! Do you have suggestions for how to parse the traverse output to

a. pair start-stop intervals between types of features, not within a type, within user specified distance of one another

b. chain intervals so that there must be be at least one each of both feature types, possibly more, also within user specified distance of one another
