Excellent point, chromatic. Though I was thinking more of modules like Getopt, HTML::Parser, File::Basename, XML::Parser, Pod::Text, Pod::Html, encryption, or any other standard module, it's easy to misinterpret intent (especially when it's not clearly explained :)

That point will definitely need to be clarified.
