Hi, I would like to do: 
1. Create XML file from some raw-data. ( format well specified)
2. Create serveral HTML files out of it
3. Add some more data to XML file in step 1. ( format well specified, 
+but different than step 1)
4. Create/Update HTML files in step2 only with those data which are ad
+ded in step 3.
5. Mark those HTML files which are created/updated.
6. Send the new files to the server.

Thinking about XML::Write, Net::FTP etc..
Your suggestions would be helpful.
